Mr.
McHenry has been in the PEO industry for nearly 13 years and has
been a co-founder and an architect of two of the country's most
highly successful PEOs. Mr. McHenry had served as Chief Financial
Officer of National Business Solutions (the predecessor to Paychex
Business Solutions) and had served as President of Oasis Outsourcing
for nearly five years. Mr. McHenry originally began his career
as a CPA & CMA for Price Waterhouse.
Previously,
he has served on the Board of Directors of FAPEO, the NAPEO Accounting
and Finance Committee, a contributing writer for the PEO Insider,
ESAC Advisory Committee, the faculty of PEO University, and on
the Editorial Advisory Board for Staffing Success.
In addition,
he sits on the Management and Accounting faculties of Florida
Atlantic University as an adjunct professor in Organizational
Development, Global Strategies, Human Resource Management and
a variety of other management and accounting related topics.
Mr. McHenry
has a degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University
and a Masters in Accounting Information Systems from the University
of West Florida.
Currently,
Mr. McHenry is the Managing Partner of McHenry Consulting, a Tampa,
FL based boutique consulting firm. The principals and consultants
of the firm have over a century of business and management experience
with a specialty in the PEO industry.
