Mr. Jolly
has been in the PEO industry for nearly 8 years and has an extensive
background in executive management with a range of small to large
PEOs across the country. Mr. Jolly has served as Director of IT
& Operations for the Cura Group, President of Employer Professional
Services, Chief Operating Officer of the TLC Companies, and Vice
President of Strategic Development of Synadyne .
Mr. Jolly
began his career as a Chartered Accountant in Leeds, England before
taking tours of duty in Kenya and the Cayman Islands as an Audit
Manager. In the Cayman Islands, he joined a large offshore trust
and banking group RoyWest Trust Corporation (Cayman) Limited as
Manager of Client Accounting & Systems. Subsequently, he served
as Managing Partner of Rankin & Co. before his tenure at Proudfoot
PLC as Vice President & Risk Controller.
Mr. Jolly
has served on the NAPEO Accounting & Finance Committee and
has been a contributing author to the NAPEO trade journal the
PEO Insider.
Mr. Jolly
has a B.Sc. (Combined Honors) in Mathematics/Operational Research
from Leeds University, England. In addition, he also received
the Elijah J. Watts award for the highest scores on the CPA exam
in the State of Georgia.
Currently,
Mr. Jolly is a partner and Senior Vice President of Business Services
for McHenry Consulting, a Tampa, FL based boutique consulting
firm.
